Chef Semyon Solomein presents a&nbsp;new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5&nbsp;duck dishes in&nbsp;different cooking techniques and styles. We&nbsp;start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we&nbsp;serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we&nbsp;take an&nbsp;olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in&nbsp;crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be&nbsp;an&nbsp;excellent appetizer, which is&nbsp;convenient to&nbsp;&laquo;share&raquo; for the whole company. We&nbsp;will warm up&nbsp;with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we&rsquo;ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a&nbsp;classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream.
