This summer, we’re celebrating Lambic’s 15th anniversary. That’s exactly how many restaurants we now have in Moscow, all located in a wide variety of convenient and comfortable spots for you!
To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love!
On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. For main courses, we recommend Mediterranean-style salmon, chicken thighs with baby corn, lightly smoked sea bass or dorado, and—as the perfect accompaniment to beer—mini burgers or strip loin with french fries!

At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the world’s largest beer festival! Following Lambic tradition, this year’s menu was created together with Miratorg and inspired by the legendary German festival. We start with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three versions: with clarified butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket! For the main course, choose pork loin schnitzel with a generous romaine salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from our Beer Atlas! The traditional star of the menu is our mini pork knuckle on the bone! This year, it is served in a dark beer glaze with mashed potatoes and Thai-style cucumbers. O’ zapft is! Meet the new seasonal menu «The Magnificent Seven» at Brasserie Lambic from February 15! These are not just sandwiches. These are seven full-fledged, bold, and very different characters. We have selected seven of the best flavors and textures for you. And we haven’t forgotten the most important quality — the perfect pairing with beer! — Shrimp burger with shrimp patty, tartar sauce, and lightly salted cucumber.— Mini beef burgers in warm pepper sauce.— Mini beef burgers in warm mushroom sauce.— Taco Birra with braised beef tails, mozzarella, and demi-glace sauce.— Hot dog with beef brisket, pickled cabbage, barbecue sauce, and mustard.— Hot dog with artisanal pork and beef sausage, sauerkraut, and barbecue and mustard sauces.— Crispy chicken sandwich on brioche with romaine lettuce and Caesar sauce. To accompany the new seasonal dishes, the Lambic team recommends an exclusive draft beer: Lambic and Stout Timmermans & Guinness. This is an amazing blend of three beers: Guinness West Indies Porter, Guinness Special Export, and Timmermans Oude Kriek. The result is a dark beer with a subtle pink hue in the foam and an aroma combining chocolate, cherry, and oak.
