On November 14, the «More meat!» festival starts in Lambic! This is not just a few new dishes from our brand chefs Denis Kuznetsov and Evgeny Goncharov, but a specially designed menu, together with sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya. We took seasonality into account when choosing side dishes and marinades for alternative steaks from premium beef, and also selected the perfect red from the updated Lambic wine list for each dish.

The festival menu:

  • Denver steak with spinach and parsnip, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Beef sausage with potatoes and mustard sauce, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018
  • Steak Picanya with asparagus, recommended with a glass of Philipp Kuhn, Spatburgunder Tradition
  • Skert steak with oyster mushrooms confit and potatoes, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Flank steak with baked pepper and plum, recommended with a glass of Paxton, AAA Shiraz
  • Chuck roll steak with fennel and baked tomatoes, recommended with a glass of Malbec Luigi Bosca
  • Beef cheeks with green buckwheat, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018
