It is created by blending dark Abbey ales and lambic, then aging in Bourgogne des Flandres porto barrels. At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us for the world’s largest beer festival! As is tradition, we created this menu together with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three varieties: with melted butter, bacon, or beef brisket! For the main course, choose a pork loin schnitzel with a fresh Romaine lettuce salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with stewed cabbage.
