We love our guests very much and we regularly prove it with practice.
So, since October 1 all the restaurants of the chain started a new menu with even more unusual combinations from different cuisines of the world, as well as traditional Belgian recipes. An important and pleasant moment is that the prices have become more affordable.
We put a special emphasis on waffles cooked according to traditional Belgian recipes: potato waffles from a special menu section will be served with different toppings - fish roe and sour cream (520 rubles), mushrooms, sour cream sauce and poached egg (440 rubles), salmon, poached egg and Galandez sauce (490 rubles), and roast beef and sun-dried tomatoes (460 rubles).
Another new section of the menu is called "Asia". It features trendy poke (with tuna, salmon and mix - 690 rubles), the freshest sashimi of tuna and salmon (570 rubles), spicy wasabi shrimp (580 rubles) and warming tom-yam with shrimp (680 rubles). All these delicacies are excellent with refined geese, beer, often called "Brussels champagne".
For main course you can choose a dish from "Grill" section: meat lovers will certainly like the juicy steak Blade with potatoes (980 RUR) or classic New York (1990 RUR) and Ribai (2200 RUR), while fish lovers will enjoy salmon with pumpkin and miso mousse (640 RUR), picanha with celery and carrot confit (690 RUR) or shrimps in Asian sauce (620 RUR).
For the new seasonal menu, we’ve once again joined forces with Miratorg to pool our knowledge and experience in working with meat and have created nine dishes inspired by vibrant Asian flavors and combinations: — Pan-seared roll with squid and pork. — Taco with pork and muer mushrooms. — Pan-seared beef with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Pan-seared chicken with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Roti with Sichuan-style beef. — Cucumber salad with pork. — Pork belly with mashed potatoes and apple. — Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms. — Rack of lamb with couscous and raisins. Experience the flavors of Asia at Lambic restaurants located at: 40A Myasnitskaya St., 7s1 Strastnoy Blvd., 15s1 Verkhnyaya Radishchevskaya St., 33/1 Gogolevsky Blvd., 3s5 Turchaninov Lane, 2 Khodynsky Blvd., 16s2 Krasnoproletarskaya St., 5A Dmitriya Ulyanova St., and 11/32 Vorontsovo Pole.

Dear Guests! This summer, we’re celebrating Lambic’s 15th anniversary. That’s exactly how many restaurants we now have in Moscow, all located in a wide variety of convenient and comfortable spots for you! To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. For main courses, we recommend Mediterranean-style salmon, chicken thighs with baby corn, lightly smoked sea bass or dorado, and—as the perfect accompaniment to beer—mini burgers or strip loin with french fries! We look forward to seeing you try the anniversary menu at Lambic! Thank you for being with us! From the Lambic team
