The only female chef of our team Irina Terentyeva will host a gastronomic dinner at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy Boulevard 7c1 at 20.00 on March 25th where she will present a five-course set of the best Dutch Brasserie Jopen dishes.

 

Dinner Menu:

  • Ball of avocado with tuna and Ponzu sauce accompanied Jopen Super DuPA.
  • Duck  chicory  accompanied by Jacobus Rye Pale Ale.
  • Black ravioli with ricotta and truffle sauce accompanied Jopen Northsea IPA.
  • Beef with vegetables and Enoki mushrooms accompanied by Jopen Koyt Gruitbier.
  • Candies "Truffle" Accompanied by Jopen Doubting Thomas.

Chef Semyon Solomein presents a new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5 duck dishes in different cooking techniques and styles. We start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we take an olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be an excellent appetizer, which is convenient to «share» for the whole company. We will warm up with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we’ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream.
